The following civil danger warning is transmitted at the request of the Martian Marshals and the Tharsan Rise Emergency Management Department--

Preparations are in progress for the Bloodbath. Citizens of New Monaco are urged to find transport out of the Red Riviera, or off Mars to the nearest system body for their safety. If you cannot find transport out of the area or off planet, shelter is open for free at the Dust Devil Inn.
